The DRAKON Edge Repair Press is an aluminum edge repair press that allows for quick and easy operations. There are hydraulic and mechanical options.

• • High-alloy aluminum of torsion-resistant, robust welded construction
  • for repairs from the edge of the belt to the middle of the belt
  • available overhangs: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1,000 and 1,200 mm
  • the specific pressure achieved depends on the number of presses used

  Pressure presses with hydraulic cylinders

  • Hydraulic light metal cylinders and high pressure pump (manual or electric)

  pump/torque wrench

  • when using spindle mechanical presses, the pressure is created using a torque wrench
  • in hydraulic presses the pressure is achieved using a hand pump

  Heating Plates

  • in proven frame construction, made of high-quality corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy
  • Minimum size 300 x 300 mm available for spot repairs
  • Available for longitudinal repairs in any required length and width from 500 mm
  • specially developed heating systems and profile reinforcements guarantee optimum pressure and temperature distribution

  Electronic control box

  • Wired (configuration of the required control box depends on the number and dimensions of the heating plates)
  • Electronic control with digital display of setpoint and actual temperatures
